Regions differ when describing their top players or their best team. For the purposes of the PONY EXPRESS Tournament, if you have seven or more TOP-PLAYERs on your team, it will be considered an ALLSTAR/SELECT team. If your region has two or more TOP-PLAYER teams i.e. two ALLSTAR/SELECT teams, they may be equal in strength and if that is the case, you will be asked to indicate that. If your region has two or more TOP-PLAYER teams i.e. two ALLSTAR/SELECT teams, one may be stronger than the other. If that is the case for your team or if you coach the team that is less strong, you will be asked to indicate that. If you have formed a team and zero to two of the players are TOP-PLAYERs, your team will be considered a TOURNAMENT TEAM. If your team is an AYSO league team, you will be asked to indicate what place you finished in league.
